⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been renting with this company for just over a year now, and I truly couldn't be happier with my experience. From day one, they've been kind, patient, and incredibly understanding. It's refreshing to rent from people who genuinely care about their tenants and treat them with respect. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure their properties are comfortable, affordable, well-maintained, and, most importantly, safe. Any questions or concerns are handled professionally and with genuine care. The property manager is honestly one of my favorite humans. He’s  compassionate, approachable, and always willing to help however he can. The owner is pretty great too, and it's clear they both take pride in providing quality spaces and creating a positive experience for their tenants. Finding a rental company like this is rare, and I'm incredibly grateful to call one of their properties home. I look forward to staying for many years to come. I stayed at GK3 apartment in Prescott for about 7 months. I needed a place to stay while I was in transition. I enjoyed my stay there. It was a calm place, the other tenants were kind, quiet and respectful of others. I had once a water leak behind my toilet, and they fixed it within a few days (like 1 or 2 business days). GK3 group has been awesome! Great property & location, easily walk to many amenities in the area as well as taxi service. Dhar is very quick to address any issues should they arise.
