GK3 Group has been absolutely wonderful! They are accommodating, responsive and friendly. On the rare occasion I had an issue, they responded quickly and sent somebody in to address it right away. Communication with their tenants is definitely their strong suit. I always knew I could contact them for any questions I had and felt that my individual needs mattered - I wasn't just another number. The application process was quick and easy and my place was clean, comfortable, and fairly priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend or to rent from them again. I've been renting with this company for just over a year now, and I truly couldn't be happier with my experience. From day one, they've been kind, patient, and incredibly understanding. It's refreshing to rent from people who genuinely care about their tenants and treat them with respect.
They consistently go above and beyond to ensure their properties are comfortable, affordable, well-maintained, and, most importantly, safe. Any questions or concerns are handled professionally and with genuine care.
The property manager is honestly one of my favorite humans. He’s  compassionate, approachable, and always willing to help however he can. The owner is pretty great too, and it's clear they both take pride in providing quality spaces and creating a positive experience for their tenants.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I stayed at GK3 apartment in Prescott for about 7 months. I needed a place to stay while I was in transition. I enjoyed my stay there. It was a calm place, the other tenants were kind, quiet and respectful of others.

I had once a water leak behind my toilet, and they fixed it within a few days (like 1 or 2 business days). I don’t think the opportunity will come again, but if I would need to stay there again, I would consider it for sure.

Great property & location, easily walk to many amenities in the area as well as taxi service. Dhar is very quick to address any issues should they arise. I rented a two bedroom apartment for many years from the GK3 Group they have been very prompt and professional. Units are affordable and well maintained.
